Ticket sales start for Koktebel Jazz Party

Ticket sales have opened for the main musical event of the summer in Crimea, the Koktebel Jazz Party international festival, which will be held in the artistic village of Koktebel from August 21 to 23. Tickets can be purchased on the festival website or ordered by phone at +7(495)6442222.

A complete list of participants for the three days is available on the festival’s official website, koktebel-jazz.ru.

As proof that jazz erases all boundaries and unites people even during lockdown restrictions, world jazz stars will take part in the Jazz at the Speed of Light program, which will be held via videoconference.

Media accreditation for Koktebel Jazz Party 2020 opened in mid-July. Applications are accepted on the festival website, koktebel-jazz.ru. Accredited media can cover the festival, use the press center, attend press events, attend concerts, and get transfers between Simferopol and Koktebel on all days of the events. During the festival, the latest event information will be sent by SMS and e-mail.

To ensure the safety of both the participants and spectators, the festival organizing committee will comply with all the necessary sanitary requirements of Rospotrebnadzor related to the coronavirus.

In April 2020, Koktebel Jazz Party, together with the Rossiya Segodnya Information Agency and the Krasny Kvadrat media group, launched the Doctor Jazz Party online marathon in support of Russian medical workers and hospitals during the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The marathon started on International Jazz Day, April 30, at ria.ru, the leader of the Runet, and on RIA Novosti’s official VKontakte page. Doctor Jazz Party brought together jazz music stars from nine countries, including Russia, China, the United States, Brazil and Japan. The marathon lasted seven hours, and about two million people watched it.
