Portuguese songs and Brazilian jazz will be played at the Koktebel Jazz Party festival, musicians of the band Legend of Brazil told journalists.
"We'll perform the best Brazilian music, very interesting and exciting pieces. We're happy to play this music for a Russian audience. We'll be singing in Portuguese," lead singer Luanda Jones said.
The band members feel strongly that the Koktebel Jazz Party festival will reach the level of European jazz events.
"This is my first time performing at this festival, and I think it'll be up to European jazz festival levels, ones like the Nice Jazz Festival," Russian pianist Alexei Podymkin said.
